Roger Federer lost tonight to Spaniard Tommy Robredo in three sets. Due to inclement weather earlier in the day, the match was moved from Arthur Ashe Stadium to the much smaller Louis Armstrong, the first time Federer has played on Louis since 2006. The atmosphere was electric with fans who stuck around through roughly five hours of delays. The nineteenth seeded Robredo will play fellow Spaniard Rafael Nadal in men's quarterfinal action.
