The New York Red Bulls are off to a raucous start to the 20th MLS regular season. Last week Dax McCarty connected a long ball to last year's league scoring leader Bradley Wright-Phillips who was able to drive it into the net against long-time rival DC United. Lloyd Sam was able to secure the 2-0 win with a second half scorcher past 2014 MLS goalkeeper of the year, DC's Bill Hamid. The Red Bulls remain undefeated through three games and find themselves on top of the Eastern Conference table.
