Mike is a full-time photographer living and working in New York City.  Accolades include being a photo editor for Time Inc. for five years before moving into full-time freelancing.  He is currently shooting for Barclays Center in Brooklyn, the NBA, the New York Red Bulls, a member of the digital team for Wimbledon.com on behalf of the All England Lawn Tennis Club for the duration of The Championships at Wimbledon each year, as well as part of a team of shooters for US Soccer, and the US Open Tennis Championships. 

Mike grew up in the Southeastern United States, and has a degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Political Science from the University of Alabama. His introduction to photography came in his late teens shooting for the then nationally distributed Racquetball Magazine.  He started with a manual focus 35mm film camera as old as he was before digital was really an option.

Photography continues to take Mike to new and exciting places, but he wouldn’t be anywhere without the support of his wonderful friends and family.  To all of you who continue to offer support along the way, Thank You.
